How it works in production
- Each cabinet runs a WiFi sensor (temp + RH) on store SSIDs like CigarCave-GP-IoT / CigarCave-MF-IoT.
- Devices publish readings to G-Spot Pro over the local network or cloud MQTT/HTTPS.
- AI rules compare live values to setpoints, raise alerts, and optionally send control commands.
- Control is gated: monitor only, auto AI, or manual actuator overrides.
